Why did we decide to come up with our own challenge? We know a lot of people that are in the same season of life. Whether that is parents of young children, military life, pandemic life, etc. We wanted to come up with something that was manageable, slightly challenging, and focused on mental health and bettering ourselves and the people around us. Why did we chose the name #30thrive? We want most of the tasks to be around 30 minutes, and we want you to THRIVE. We want you to focus on activities that are good for you but not add additional stress to your life. We want you to enjoy doing this program, while still being able to go about your daily life, by just adding some simple tasks that are good for your overall health.
Let’s break down the tasks a little bit, shall we. Hopefully I can answer any questions you may have, but if I haven’t please leave a comment or send me a message on Instagram @tealaduhamel.
30 Minute Workout

We want you moving your body for 30 minutes. Moving how ever you want, biking, running, walking, yoga, jump rope, dancing, weightlifting, whatever feels right for you. Shoot, chasing your kids around in the house for 30 straight minutes counts. Please keep this 30 minutes AT LEAST. if your workout is 24 minutes, stretch for 6 minutes, your body will thank you. Trust me. If you do not complete your task, you start back at day one.
Drink a half gallon of water
Or more. Always consult with your doctor. We are not medical professionals. I am in the process of getting certified in personal training and nutrition coaching. that being said, I am still very knowledgeable. Water is important for mental clarity, skin, bloat and so much more. If you are more active than the 30 minutes, you may drink a whole gallon, but listen to your body. Yes, you will be peeing. a lot.
30 minutes of bettering yourself

Better yourself. This is up to you. What will push you to your life goals? Focus on your business for 30 minutes, uninterrupted. Read your 10 pages, and do your power list (just make sure you have time for another task outside of the #30thrive tasks). Journal your thoughts and feelings about your day. Journal about where you want to be this time next year. Manifest that shit. Meditate. Workout again. Study. Plan out your meals for the week. This task is totally up to you. Switch it up as much as you would like.
Power List

Exactly as above says. Make a list of 5 tasks, they will be different everyday. If you do dishes everyday that’s NOT something you put on your list. Examples: Organize the junk drawer. Go through your clothes, and get rid of clothes you do not wear. Clean toys. Dust. Clean the toilets. Things that you don’t do every single day. does that make sense? Make sure you finish these tasks…or you’re back at day one.
Eat Intuitively

I love to go out and get drinks with the girls, or my hubs. I refuse to put things like that on the back burner forever. So we will keep it around. You can go out for tacos and margs. Just know when too much is too much. Be aware of what you are eating. Don’t eat out every meal, if you do eat out make sure it is with in your limits. Eat well rounded, but you don’t always have to say no to a cookie. Build a good relationship with food. Cut items out if you want. If you need help with this, shoot me a message! 10 pages of reading

Read a non fiction, or self help book. Something that’ll better yourself. Whether that’s, in your business, spiritually, mentally, religiously, whatever floats your boat. Do it.
DO NOT FORGET: If you miss a task, do not lie to yourself. Start over. No one will judge you. I will love you for being honest. honest with yourself, and me. I’m here for any questions. Also remember, we are not professionals, yet. Contact your doctors before starting any new routine.
