Good morning, and happy Saturday, or whatever day it is that you’re reading this! I put a little poll up on my Instagram (@tealaduhamel) about some blog topics, and what my network would most like to see. Supplements I use, was the winner.
I know before I was educated and trained in supplements, I thought supplements were just protein, and that was used to get jacked. That also makes me think that I might not have been the only one. I thought of huge body builders, and itty bitty skinny, see every muscle ladies. I mean they probably use supplements like these too, I know quite a few that do.
What the heck is a supplement? A product to supplement a lacking area of your nutrition. Supplements aren’t ALLLLLL about the GAINZ. Lol
Who 110% knows that they are getting all their fruits and veggies in daily? Who knows they are getting all their micro-nutrients in daily? Who knows they are getting enough protein or foods to keep their body in a muscle building/fat burning state? Who knows if you are replenishing your glycogen stores efficiently enough after working out?
I use supplements that make sure I am doing all of that daily! I’m going to start off with a few supplements that I think every single one of us could benefit from.
